By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Services Provided
Visualogo provides visual identity and logo design services. Our offerings may include logo design, branding assets, and other visual identity elements as described in the purchased package.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback necessary for the completion of the project. The client ensures they have the rights to any content (images, fonts, logos) supplied to Brandogo.
3. Payment and Ownership
Visualogo retains copyright of all work until full payment is received.
Payment terms are outlined in the selected package.
No work will be delivered until applicable payments have been made.
4. Revisions
Revisions are only provided if included in the purchased package.
Corrections for mistakes such as spelling errors or design oversights caused by Visualogo will be made free of charge.
Additional revisions outside of the package may incur extra fees.
5. Use of Logos and Confidentiality
Free logos provided to clients may be used by the client without restriction.
Visualogo retains the right to showcase logos or visual identity projects in portfolios, case studies, or on our website.
If the client requests confidentiality, they must notify Brandogo prior to project completion.
6. Copyright and Liability
Visualogo cannot be held accountable for any copyright infringements arising from materials supplied by the client or content derived from third-party sources.
The client is responsible for ensuring their use of the delivered work does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Once work has commenced, no refunds or cancellations are possible, except where specifically stated in the purchased package.
Deposits or payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the package terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Visualogo’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our work.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs or the services provided will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
Visualogo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when necessary.
